Mother Clark, first lady of Christ Temple, is a humble and godly woman who exhibits a profoundly caring and nurturing spirit. While she has worked extensively in women’s ministry, her love for the youth and for teaching them is legendary. Mother Clark has served Christ Temple in numerous capacities including Director of Christian Education and missionary president. She has also served in the latter capacity at the diocese level.
Mother Clark has earned a Bachelor of Religious Education degree from the American Divinity School as well as the Graduate of Theology degree. She is also a gifted counselor and has earned a Bachelor’s degree and certificates in that discipline.
Professionally, Mother Clark retired from an executive position in the insurance industry, after many years. She was licensed as a General Broker and was the first African-American woman to earn the coveted Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
